| ZUKEN ELMIC has been mainly marketing the company's
original real-time OS and communication-related products from its
establishment. The majority of our customers are makers of semiconductor
manufacturing equipment. Subsequently, we developed the personal computer-based
communication control system of FA/PA sector. Then we adoptted the
"SECS" protocol for host systems, which is also the SEMI standard
of semiconductor sector, and soon introduced SECS products to the
market. |
As ZUKEN ELMIC maintains a close relationship
with semicon markers, we started providing FA package softwares in
1995.The semiconductor sector continues to grow steadily and promises
to be a source of steady profits far into the future.

ZUKEN ELMIC provides two solutions for
the semiconductor manufacturing lines: GEM and Xcom.
GEM is the de facto standard communication protocol in the United
States. We tie up with a US company, GW Associates Inc., and sells
GW GEM, which runs on our ELX real-time OS. We also provide our original
software package named "Xcom". It is a Windows-base software that
enables smooth development of flexible CIM communications controllers
while performing interactive equipment settings. |
Today, the market of Industry Internet in the
FA field is growing so rapidly. ZUKEN ELMIC intends to use its
extensive accumulation of core technologies in all areas and speed
up semiconductor manufacturing line networks by TCP/IP.
