SoftComGEM is a software package specifically designed to build SEMI standards compliant communication systems for LCD and semiconductor manufacturing. It provides a variety of GUIs for communication parameter settings for easy and interactive development of communication controllers.

With Windows NT API functions, a commercial NIC card and the standard COM port can be used for SECS-II communication. The lower layer can be configured for either SECS-I (serial) or HSMS (Ethernet). It is equipped with GEM (E30) as standard, which facilitates the development of GEM functions that was difficult in an application, reduces development hours and improves cost effectiveness. Also SoftComGEM300 is Available.

	A variety of GUIs for communication parameter settings allows the programless item message scenario definitions.
	Provides GEM function support with GEM (E-30) equipped with standard. Any GEM functions can be selected.
	Standard resources can be utilized without alteration with the interface that allows the standard PC port (SECS-I protocol) and standard LAN card (HSMS protocol).
	Automatic conversion from the existing setting files by the setting tools facilitates the upgrades from conventional products.
