SoftComGEM300 is a software package specifically designed to build SEMI standard compliant communication systems for 12-inch semiconductor or LCD manufacturing equipment. As SoftComGEM300's utility tool contains functional GUIs, users, even unfamiliar with SEMI standard, can easily build and configure communication controllers. Equipped with GEM (E30) as standard, SoftComGEM300 will facilitates the development of GEM functions and improves quality of end products and cost effectiveness.
