Windows Accelerator Tool (WAT) is a tool with a built-in RTOS kernel
to implement a hard real-time system in the Windows® CE environment.
Combining the real-time environment with the Windows® CE environment,
Windows Accelerator Tool (WAT) helps build an ideal system integrating
the internal tasks requiring super-high-speed processing with the
flexible applications of Windows® CE. |

 |
Runs
Windows® CE and RTOS with the same CPU. |
 |
Allows
system designs without changes in the Windows® CE kernel. The
system designs are independent of the version of Windows® CE.
|
 |
Allows
Windows® CE applications and drivers to work as they are. |
 |
The
RTOS conforms to the
iTRON specifications, allowing both the
iTRON and Windows® CE system calls. |
 |
Allows
effective use of TRON resources, making it easy to convert from
existing systems. |
 |
The
interrupt processing routine starts in only 2 to 4 microseconds
after an interrupt (SH3 80MHz). |
